Nourished by early rainfall and a warm December, this vibrant New Zealand sauvignon blanc is full of passionfruit, capsicum, lime, and black currant notes. Our dry white wine boasts lively acidity and a lasting flint finish, a testament to Sacred Hill’s legacy of award-winning winemakers. The 2022 Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc has excellent natural fruit weight and intensity. The grapes are grown in diverse terroir and microclimates, lending to an array of flavors, including grassy, mineral, and fruity varietals. After fully ripening beneath the warm sunshine and cool night breezes of Hawke’s Bay, the grapes are hand-selected and fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the wine’s freshness.
