Centorri Moscato di Pavia is a lightly sparkling, sweet white wine crafted in the tradition of Piedmont’s renowned Moscato d'Asti. While the winery originally sourced grapes from Asti, it now primarily uses Moscato Bianco from the Oltrepò Pavese region in southwestern Lombardy, about 50 miles east of its original location.
