Sugatsune's Nickel Heavy Duty Full 15-16" (25MM) Overlay Soft Close Hinge, designed for large doors 11/16" - 1-7/16" (18-36mm) thick, features a steel, zinc alloy, glass filled polyamide construction. It offers a 160-degree maximum opening angle and a dynamic load rating of 55.12 lbs (25 kg) pair. Optimized for specialty overlay hinges with soft-close functionality, it comes with mounting hardware including 5 x 18 mm self tapping screws and a mounting plate. This adjustable hinge has a minimum setback from edge of 0.12 inches and a maximum setback from edge of 0.31 inches, with a minimum overlay of 0.83 inches and a maximum overlay of 0.98 inches. It has undergone testing for at least 50,000 failures.
